We want everyone to enjoy their time at Madison. To keep the atmosphere fun and safe, right of admission is reserved and our Security Manager has the final say on entry. We don’t allow solo guests, and if anyone appears overly intoxicated, entry may be refused. Door charges may apply.
In the event that the reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours notice, it will result in a charge of £25 per guest. All late cancellations must be received in writing at Madisoninfo@danddlondon.com. *Madison may cancel a booking without any liability being incurred whatsoever if Madison is closed down due to exclusive hires, events or circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to fire, staff dispute, lock out or by order of public authority or any circumstances outside the control of Madison.
Yes, we strive to cater to all allergies. Please inform your server during your visit so we can assist you further.
We kindly ask that guests don’t bring outside food or drink. This includes birthday cakes, and we don’t offer a corkage service.
Yes, we have street parking available. The closest car parks are Baynard House Car and Bike Park and CitiPark London Barbican.
Only service dogs are permitted in the venue.
Guests must be 21 years or older to visit Madison. Children are welcome in the restaurant until 3:00 PM when accompanied by a responsible guardian. After 3:00PM and on Saturdays, guests must be 21 years or older.
Whilst we hope for sunshine, London weather can be unpredictable! Our rooftop terrace offers a fantastic outdoor experience with ample umbrella coverage to provide shade and comfort. We’ve also equipped the space with heaters to keep you warm on cooler evenings. However, the terrace is not fully weatherproof, so we recommend checking the weather before your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, no fees will apply. All cancellations must be made via email at madisoninfo@danddlondon.com
We do not take reservations for drinks parties under 10 people. Please join us for drinks at your leisure, this works on a walk-in basis so there is no reservation required. *Please note: A £20 entry fee may apply at peak times *Guests joining us must be over 21 years of age.
We don’t enforce a dress code. As our guest, you may dress however feels appropriate for the occasion.
