Does Madison have a dress code policy?
Madison favours a glamorous dress code, we do not recommend sportswear, track suits, or anything that may cause offence to others. Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion.
Do I need to book a table for drinks?
We do not take reservations for drinks parties under 10 people. Please join us for drinks at your leisure, this works on a walk-in basis so there is no reservation required.

What happens when it rains?
Whilst we hope for sunshine, London weather can be unpredictable! Our rooftop terrace offers a fantastic outdoor experience with ample umbrella coverage to provide shade and comfort. We've also equipped the space with heaters to keep you warm on cooler evenings.
However, the terrace is not fully weatherproof, so we recommend checking the weather before your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, no fees will apply. All cancellations must be made via email at madisoninfo@danddlondon.com
What is the age limit? Are children welcome in the restaurant?
Guests must be 21 years or older to visit Madison. Children are welcome in the restaurant until 3:00 PM when accompanied by a responsible guardian. After 3:00PM and on Saturdays, we are an adults-only venue.
Is Madison dog-friendly?
Small dogs are welcome on the terrace at the manager’s discretion and working dogs are welcome inside the restaurant.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have street parking available. The closest car parks are Baynard House Car and Bike Park and CitiPark London Barbican.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes, we strive to cater to all allergies. Please inform your server during your visit so we can assist you further.
Can I make a regular dining reservation on Saturdays and Sundays between 12pm-3:30pm?
Kindly note that all dining reservations on Saturdays and Sundays 12pm-3:30pm are booked with our bottomless Brunch Menu
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event that the reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours notice, it will result in a charge
of £25 per guest. All late cancellations must be received in writing at Madisoninfo@danddlondon.com.
*Madison may cancel a booking without any liability being incurred whatsoever if Madison is
closed down due to exclusive hires, events or circumstances beyond our control such as but not
limited to fire, staff dispute, lock out or by order of public authority or any circumstances outside
the control of Madison.
